It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. For AI Opportunity Audits, it's a single focused working session with a written action plan delivered within 48 hours. For app builds and automation projects, I'll send a scoped proposal within a few days and most projects run 2-8 weeks with weekly check-ins and demos.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. Many of my clients are non-technical founders and business operators. I handle the technical implementation and explain everything in plain language. You focus on your business.
How do you scope and price projects?
Every project gets a clear proposal with defined deliverables. I scope based on your goals and complexity. We'll discuss budget during the discovery call and I'll be upfront about what's realistic. Fixed scope, clear price.
What tools and technologies do you use?
I match the stack to your needs. Common choices include Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Docker. For AI, I work with Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, and local models via Ollama, whichever fits your budget and requirements.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, I offer optional retainer arrangements for teams that want continued iteration and support.
